Do your apps collect my data?

No personal data is collected by ElevenSeventeen Systems. DrunkenScorekeeper is fully offline — nothing leaves your device. SnapStrike's Standard Scan also runs entirely on-device. If you use SnapStrike's optional AI Enhanced scan mode, your scoreboard photo goes directly from your device to Anthropic's API using your own API key — ElevenSeventeen Systems never receives it. I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@elevenseventeen.cloud with the app name, your iOS version, a description of what happened, and steps to reproduce it if you can. Screenshots help a lot.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely — feature requests are welcome and genuinely read. Not all requests will make it into the app, but knowing what users want helps a lot.

Do your apps work on iPad?

Both apps are designed primarily for iPhone. iPad compatibility may vary — reach out if you've run into a specific issue on iPad.
